The Cushwa gallery presents masterpieces from the mid-nineteenth century, including Winslow Homer’s internationally-famous Snap the Whip. You will also find realistic portraits by Thomas Eakins and William Paxton, and a group of amazing hyper-realistic still life paintings promised to fool your eyes. Additionally, there are stunning landscapes by Frederic Church, George Inness, and Martin Johnson Heade.
