This regiional photography exhibition is the culmination of the work of three painters who are experimenting with the possibilities of digital photography. All three have worked as traditional painters and have recently been discovering the vast opportunities of the Adobe Lightroom, and Snapseed applications. Because they have known each other for over two decades, they have been challenging and inspiring each other with this new work.

89th National Midyear Exhibition at the Butler
The 89th National Midyear Exhibition presents works by contemporary artists 18 years and older who reside within the United States or its territories. Two-dimensional works in all media, including digital work and photography, are in the exhibition. This year’s juror is Dr. Louis Zona, Director Emeritus of The Butler Institute of American Art.
